Our fees are usually phased in 3 portions with up to half paid up-front and non-refundable, and the remainder split between presentation of short list and acceptance of job offer.
Fees may reflect the seniority of the position or the market sector, but are more often based upon our understanding of the effort required by the recruiting team. Crucially, we offer a flexible approach which proves appealing to our clients and allows us to ensure maximum value for money.
