• Onboarding processes for client organisations into Shared Services providers

Experience Required
- Extensive knowledge Project Management frameworks, disciplines and policies
- A broad range of technical, business and commercial knowledge, able to assimilate new information quickly
- In-depth knowledge of people change management implications and techniques
- Good understanding of strategic risk management, including methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk.
- Excellent knowledge of different business functions and the commercial drivers of 3rd parties.
- Good understanding of budget management
- Understanding of transition management
- Knowledge of business processes
- Support for the SRO and Project/programme board
- Onboarding processes for client organisations into Shared Services providers
- Driven, self-motivated, organised, logical thinker, able to grasp technical concepts and make connections between complex things
- An accomplished influencer with a good understanding of how to motivate and negotiate with individuals including project team members, clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build teams and lead them to deliver successfully
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen focus on financial management and value for money
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills at board level across clients and suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and complex problem solving abilities.
- A resilient performer – able to deliver under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent risk radar with the ability to identify and negotiate win/win mitigation strategies
- Ability to establish relationships and maintain contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Experience of using OGC structured methods, e.g. Prince2;
- Proven experience of leading Projects from initiation to successful completion demonstrating project management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead change;
- Working within a multi-customer environment;
- Experience of task management of resources in a matrix management environment
- Experience of lean techniques and change management
- Managing work delivered by 3rd party suppliers / vendors.
- Liaising with government departments
- Working in a highly regulated environment;
- A mix of public and private sector experience
- ERP or complex systems delivery experience
