Knowledge Skills and Experience
Essential
·Excellent relationship management: experience of working with customers; building
relationships and tackling issues
·Have a solid grounding in business and general management skills, collaborative
approach and managing remote team
·Excellent communication and report writing skills
·Highly numerate with strong IT skills
Emotional resilience
·Familiar with Vehicle Testing – accounts, systems and processes
