Description

The Client:

A government department client is looking for a BIM Manager to join them on a 8 month contract. This position will be in Manchester.

Job Summary:

Manage asset management & facility management activities such as helping them contact project & delivery teams. Currently have BIM requirements under development, extra resource is required to liaise with delivery teams to clarify requirements.

Essential Requirement:

ISO19650 knowledge.
Being experienced at enquiring the BIM deliverables/ auditing them to ensure they match requirements.
Comm skills.
Knowing how to work with Revit software: Revit, IFC & COBIE.
Public sector would be helpful.
