- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Learning Lead to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be in Swindon/hybrid.
Job Summary:
- Experience of public sector procurement, tendering processes and bids (learning providers and platforms).
- Understanding and use of Learning Management Systems platforms and system integration into Oracle Fusion.
- Experience of reporting evaluations and analysis of e-learning, learning courses and embedding – Kirkpatrick etc.
- Experience in L&D or similar environment.
- Ability to manage customer and stakeholder engagement groups- EDI, Wellbeing, Talent, learning providers etc.
- Knowledge of design and delivery of Learning content- (Rise 360 etc.).
- Ability to maintain the management of booking and scheduling training courses.
