- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Financial Investigator to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Manchester.
Job Summary:
- To lead, develop and progress financial investigation in accordance with relevant policy and legislative requirements, and to maximise the effective use of POCA and other legislation.
- Take on lead financial investigation roles within a larger case team, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met on the way to preparing cases for submission for charge advice and/or judicial outcomes.
- Drafting and applying for financial orders at Magistrates / Crown court.
- Analysis of financial material, predominantly bank statements.
- Complete mandatory training and maintain relevant Financial Investigator accreditation.
- Present evidence in court with clarity, integrity, and professionalism.
