As the Chief Data Officer, you will have responsibility for the strategy and roadmap for enterprise wide governance and utilisation of information as an asset via data processing, analysis, data mining, information trading and other means. The Chief Data Officer will have a role in determining what kinds of information the enterprise will choose to capture, retain and exploit and for what purposes.
Skills and Experience
Essential
Significant experience of defining and managing data architectures in a complex organisation.
Comprehensive experience of all aspects of data strategy development and demonstrable success of aligning data with business and managing the delivery of associated technical services, solutions and technologies.
Experience of an architecture-driven approach in an agile delivery environment.
Desirable
Experience of working in a public sector digital services and technology environment.
