- The Client:
A government client is looking for an HR Advisor to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be based in Swindon/ Hybrid.

As a HR Operations Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of people-related matters, policies and procedures.
- Manage and support employee relations casework, including absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Coach and influence managers to ensure consistent, compliant and pragmatic people management decisions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across HR, business areas and external service providers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance HR processes, guidance and ways of working.
- Analyse HR data and trends to identify insights and recommend appropriate actions.
- Contribute to HR projects, organisational change activities and learning initiatives as required.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Essential:
- Relevant experience working within an operational HR environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience and knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, challenge and support stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and manage competing demands. * Strong judgement and decision-making skills within policy and procedural frameworks.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate within a team.
Desirable:
- Experience using Oracle Fusion HR system.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
