Description
The Client:

 

Our government department client is looking for a Sourcing Business Partner to join them on a 12 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Aldermaston.

 

Job Summary:



  • Drive stakeholder engagement for assigned business area, build relationship with Stakeholders, secure SCM early involvement and coordinate through early involvement and proactive engagement.

  • Manage all escalations and queries related to the assigned business areas.

  • Understand and communication of the business strategies, plans and forecasts etc. in order to prepare other Category Management team for upcoming projects.

  • Contribute to reparation of Stakeholders budgets, propositions and documentation.

  • Participate and contribute to applicable risk and analysis and mitigation with regards to the Supply Chain.

  • Cost reduction and efficiency plan defined for SCM elements of assigned business area.

  • Develop a Stakeholder related Sourcing strategy covering relevant categories involved, in order to secure optimized costs actions for AWE.

  • Consistently demonstrating positive behaviours in line with the company's environmental, sustainability, safety, health, security, quality and ethics standards.
