- The Client:
A government client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a 10 month contract. This position will be based in London, York or Peterborough/ Hybrid.
Job Summary:
Support Engineering and project management for a small team (3) engineers who are currently supporting the central Electrical Safety Delivery team with standards development and Eastern Region with the implementation of standards and technology changes.
- An appreciation of implementation 25kV OLE isolations is required. An understanding of project management within NR essential.
- Post implementation review of SAI25 standards change
- Supporting development of the ESD workstreams
- Periodic project reporting
- Periodic finance reporting
- Periodic efficiency reviews
- Building project plans (time/cost) for the different workstreams
- Communicating the developments to teams within the Region.
- Tracking competence changes within the region.
- Interfacing with the various teams to manage queries on the changes.
- Developing our workbook and making clear the priorities.

- SAI25 Implementation
- SAI750 Implementation
- SAI25000 Development
- Capex Works - NSCDs
- Remote Securing Implementation
- Optimised Earthing Development
- Electrical Safety Culture
Experience in the delivery of rail projects, procurement/efficiency governance and risk control frameworks.
