- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Data Analyst to join them on a 5 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Manchester/Sheffield/Nottingham.
Job Summary:
- An understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) toolsets, and data structures, specifically within ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of foundation data tables within ServiceNow and how these interact with each other.
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
