- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a 12 month contract. This position will be onsite, London.
Job Summary:
- Lead organisational diagnostics to understand the ways of working and business performance for the ‘As Is’ state.
- Identify potential impact and associated risks of multi-locational working on AWE operations (processes, policies, structures, IT, contracts etc.).
- Develop and implement cost-effective mitigations to address key risks and enable effective business operations in new locations.
- Oversee organisational diagnostics to understand the ‘As-Is’ transportation landscape, issues and solutions.
- Lead the creation of documentation to support compliance iaw AWE’s Overarching Change Process.
- Collaborate with OED team to ensure alignment with /development of the AWE Operating Model.
- Develop the Plan to successfully deliver and implement business processes at the new location(s).
- Develop clear and concise communications, adaptable for a range of audiences.
- Support design and implementation of necessary Business Change activities and PMO requirements.
- Task manage one BE Analyst.
