Rate £625 - £650
Location Hybrid – Remote/Corsham and/or Bristol
Scope Inside IR35
Clearance: SC cleared
Overview of Role
Work within a core design team and leading on the research and production of Target Operating Model (TOM) “To Be” designs for named CSOC functions.
Develop High and Low Level CSOC Designs that build upon established reference models for CSOC function(s).
Lead on Big Room Planning events for CSOC design objectives (Agile).
Lead engagement with client and senior stakeholders.
Undertake critical reviews of CSOC CONOPs for each work package (alongside client representatives).
Present Design artefacts to Governance Boards. Support the presentation of Architecture artefacts to Governance Boards.
Work with DCO Programme Business Change Managers to prepare the client environment for CSOC Change activities.
Expected skills and experience
Experienced in business transformation within complex cyber security environments
Ability to develop Client relationships and lead Client engagements
Experience of Agile
Systems Thinking / System Engineering
Cyber Security principles
DCO and SOC awareness
MOD awareness
