- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Supplier Performance Manager to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, London.
Job Summary:
- Ability to deal with people and situations that are difficult or challenging.
- KPI Reviewing/monitoring.
- Tenacity in seeking the facts and following up on required actions.
- Ability to identify non-compliance.
- Investigative attitude when interrogating Provider data.
- Understanding of end-to-end procurement and supplier chain services and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ability to analyse numerous data sources and systems to assess against existing contractual arrangements.
- Ability to undertake formal contractual conversations with Providers in relation to delivery of services.
