Job Title: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist

Main Duties:
This is a key role in helping to ensure that Land Registry Fusion Implementation is successful. The role will allow
key accounts payable and accounts receivable subject matter experts to focus on project tasks contributing to the success of the project.
Working with the accounts payable manager carrying out specialist accounts payable duties including:
· Providing first level review and authorisation where AP business process requires this,
· Monitoring and resolution of invoice holds to contribute to the achievement of agency payment
performance targets,
· Answering supplier and internal queries to agency customer service standards,
· Review of the daily and month end AP:GL reconciliation providing help to finalise where required,
· Providing backfill support to colleagues in carrying out their duties to achieve team operational targets,
· Providing direction to AP staff in the absence of the AP manager.
Essentials:
• Experience of Oracle (R11i or R12) - specifically Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience of working with other areas of Oracle E-Business Suite (R11i or R12)
• Experience of developing and maintain procedure manuals and end user support guides
