- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Workforce Planner to join them on a 5 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Glasgow.
Job Summary:
- Proven experience of developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
- In-depth knowledge, skills and experience in successfully leading and delivering a range of people related initiatives.
- HR experience in building and developing organisational growth, capability, and culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences.
- A key influencer and contributor, you will be insightful, with a passion for delivery of a professional service that meets and contributes to the strategy of the organisation.
- As a senior manager you will be highly visible, quickly building trust and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Experience of leading operational teams to deliver at pace whilst maintaining a focus on development of a quality service.
- Knowledge of business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Experience of working in an IT Service Environment.
- Understanding of working across Government and public service.
