Specialist role Delivery manager
Summary of the work
A Digital Service Management Specialist is required to develop a Digital Services business function and support the development of the Group Digital Service to establish a merged service including workforce and strategy development, governance and financial management.

Who the specialist will work with
Senior Management team within the Northern Care Alliance Group as well as key stakeholders across Greater Manchester.
What the specialist will work on
A Digital Service Management Specialist is required to develop and implement a Digital Services business function and support the development of the Group Digital Service to establish a merged service including workforce and strategy development, governance and financial management.
Working arrangements On site 5 days per week (7.5 hours per day)

Essential skills and experience
1. Financial management – budget, capital and service-based cost models
2. Governance/business management - development of programmes and processes
3. Assurance programmes – internal audit and risks
4. Service Expansion/Consolidation including SLAs
5. Digital Programme Plan Developments including Industry standard frameworks utilisation
6. Previous NHS IT Service Development experience including Programme Setup and Organisational Development
7. Previous experience of preparing plans for Digital aspects of service provision, contributing to strategy and lead on advising on long-term strategic IM&T/business planning for the whole organisation
8. Responsible for developing policy and procedures for Digital Services, which will impact across the whole organisation
9. Previous Experience of financial management at a senior management level
10. Managed a Business Management function
11. Full driving licence, use of own vehicle and appropriate business insurance cover
