- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor to join them on a 5 month contract. This position will be hybrid, London.
Job Summary:
- Indicator Metric Development.
- Facilitation Skills.
- Research Background.
- Experience of designing and/or implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, processes and tools at the programme and/or strategy level..
- Highly developed analytical skills with experience of gathering, synthesising and interpreting information from multiple primary and secondary evidence sources..
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, communicating confidently, tactfully and diplomatically with people at all levels, both within the organisation and externally.
- An understanding of stakeholder needs and ability to see the bigger picture to identify evidence needs/gaps and to deliver effective M&E tools and processes to meet these needs.
