- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Senior Workplace Investigations Consultant to join them on a 9 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Aldermaston.
Job Summary:
- Previous broad Investigations background.
- Knowledge/Experience of workplace investigations e.g. bullying, harassment and discrimination.
- Managing Planning and documenting Investigations.
- Delivering Investigation results.
- Building strong relationships particularly with ER teams.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Resilient in difficult situations.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Police background would be useful but also great to have a corporate background.
- Public experience not essential but might be helpful.
