- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for an IT Service Manager Senior to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Southampton.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the development and management of MAIB’s IT equipment and its supporting infrastructure.
- System administrator of the Branch’s local network, MADNet.
- Responsible for network security in-line with the client's and wider Government standards.
- Primary point of contact for first-line IT support in Branch.
- System Administrator for Microsoft applications and licencing.
- Responsibility for the administration and access control, as well as support in the continued development of the Branches Case Management System “COMPASS”. Built on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms with integrated SharePoint storage and Power-Bi analytics.
- Responsible for identifying and procuring IT related goods and services, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, procurement policies, and contractual obligations.
- Experience Intune – on perm storage, Fure wall management, Rubus knowledge cyber security.
