Salary: £350 Ltd, Outside IR35
Security Clearance: BPSS
Availability: Immediate

Interview Process: Face to face interview
1 - Manage content requests coming in from departments and agencies across government, ensuring timely responses and in keeping with GOV.UK overall SLA
2 - Design, iterate, review and publish content on GOV.UK
3 - Evaluate user journeys & improve content (working with team members, performance analysts and user researcher) to address issues identified by depts, by us or through data/research - doing workshops, research, pair-writing to improve content
4 - Provide additional support to department publishers as required
5 - Upskill civil servants in GOV.UK to manage content and review work as needed
