Job Title Application Support Manager
Location Bircham Newton
Duration 3 months (possible 3 month extension)

Description:
To provide specialist IS support (2nd /3rd line) to maintain all of CITB Information Systems ensuring minute by minute availability of these systems. This role specifically specialises in the support of CRM delivered using Microsoft Dynamics 365. To support the design, development, testing, deployment and continual improvement of CRM in CITB.
Essential
• Educated to A level or equivalent in a ICT related discipline or with alternative experience
• Technical experience in supporting applications, system administration
• ITIL v3 Foundation certified or equivalent
• Ability to lead the resolution of difficult or complex CRM technical and operational problems, and to provide clear guidance to management, colleagues and users
• Extensive experience of supporting CRM systems and IT applications
• Understanding of web administration and web technologies
• Awareness or experience in underpinning technologies, such as and not limited too Active Directory
• Experience of working with cloud hosted services (Azure preferable) including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
• Strong analytical skills
• Previous experience within a systems development role
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional requirement
Desirable
• Previous experience within a system testing role.
• Experience of using automation and configuration management tools
• Previous experience supporting or developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365 experience
• Microsoft or equivalent qualifications
• 2 or more ITIL v3 Intermediate Certifications or equivalent
• Powershell or other scripting language experience
• Experience in defining IT policies and procedures including security information relating to systems, information management and standard operating practices
• Experience of working within a Waterfall and Agile methodology preferable
