- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them on a 12 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Reading.
Job Summary:
Core Day to Day Duties:
- Stakeholder Management.
- Communicating.
- Building Relationships.
- Meeting customers face to face.
- Must have decent understanding of finance and analytical aspects.
Top 3 Essential Evaluation Criteria:

- Finance Business partner experience.
- Finance/analytical experience.
Essential:
- Stakeholder Management and strong communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Has ideally been a Finance Business partner.
- Has analytical experience on CV.
Desirable:
- Financial skills are ideal, but tech can be taught.
- Don’t need to be Qualified but need to have a decent understanding.
