Role: Ruby Developers
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: London
IR35: OOS
Pay Rate to Candidate: 650
Minimum Requirement:
The service provider of the Ruby Developer requirement must have specific knowledge and skills, including:
• Demonstrable experience and expertise in:
o Ruby on Rails
o Elastic Search
o agile development
o continuous integration
o continuous delivery
o test driven development
o working in multi-disciplinary teams
o coding accessible front-ends
• Expertise in carrying out development in line with the best practices recommended by the UK Government Digital Services / GOV.UK Service Manual
• Experience of working on one or more services of comparable size and complexity to Teaching Vacancies in terms of development requirements and helping the team to deliver outcomes that balance business and user need
• Good people skills for collaborating within the team and for presenting back to the team
