Role: Digital Technical Architect
Contract Length: 4 months
Location: London
IR35: Out of scope
Pay Rate to Candidate: £700
Security Clearance: BPSS

Interview Process: Face2Face
1. Technical Architect in networking.
2. Network specialist familiar with current and future trends in the network marketplace including security.
3.Experience of working with multiple government departments, agencies and public sector organisations and their I.T service providers.
4.Technical experience gained from involvement with the fn4g programme and their users.
5.Experience of working across several networking platforms and vendors.
6.Solutions Architecture experience on how Infrastructure, applications and systems integrate with one another and how markets trends can compliment legacy architecture.
7.Nice to have an understanding of how PSN works across PAN government from a technical perspective.
Role responsibilities
Create a complete technical "As is" picture of the PSN with regard to which organisations are connected and what services & systems they use. Understand what organisations technical challenges are for moving to the internet and help develop technical solutions. Describe technical alternatives for systems or data that cannot function over the internet, should any exist. Help departments understand the potential technical benefits for transitioning off PSN.
