Role: O365 Exchange Administrator (Senior Operations Engineer)

Contract Length: September 2020

Location: Glasgow

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Candidate: £450

Security Clearance: BPSS

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications



Solid background and proficiency in MS Outlook/Exchange and associated technologies.

Excellent knowledge and proven track record of MS Outlook/Exchange administration, Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect administration.

Current skills and experience of MS Outlook/Exchange 2013/2016.

Excellent knowledge and proficiency of PowerShell scripting.

Good understanding of release management, configuration management, and change management processes and procedures.

Sound experience and knowledge of networking and virtualisation technologies.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Strong customer orientation.

Exhibit flexibility, initiative and self reliance.

Excellent team-working and communication skills.

Thorough and systematic approach to work.

Excellent attention to detail and able to produce high quality analytical outputs.



Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.

Experience of IBM Notes/Domino administration.

Experience of Binary Tree CMT – Notes Migrator, Notes Integrator.

Experience of Binary Tree Directory Sync Pro.

Experience of operating in a Domino/Exchange Coexistence environment.

Experience of SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams administration.

Experience of PowerApps.

Experience of SCCM.

Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Strong influencing skills.

Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.

Experience of large scale enterprise deployment of O365.

ITIL Foundation.
