- The Client:
A government department client is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager to join them on a 3 month contract. This position will be based in London or Bristol/ Hybrid.
Job Summary:
Minimum Requirement:
- A degree level qualification (essential).
- Strong payroll function knowledge.
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential).
- Over ten years’ experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes(desirable).
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential).
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential).
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential).
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential).
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential).
- Ability to work independently (essential).
Top skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential).
- Payroll and HCM PAYROLL consultants.
We are not looking for delivery managers.
An active SC clearance is required for this role. At a minimum, candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance. Due to the short-term nature of the contract and the urgency of the requirement, the client may prioritise applicants who already hold active SC clearance and meet all essential criteria.
