- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Skills Hub Coordinator - Part time (2 days per week) to join them on a 4 month contract. This position will be based in London/ Hybrid.
Job Summary:
Rail Skills Hub co-ordinator plays a key role in enabling the successful delivery of the Rail Skills Hub learning partnership between a rail company and Enfield College. This role is centred on engaging with learners and actively supporting their learning experience throughout the programme. It additionally plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training sessions through effective logistics coordination, preparation of materials, and support for mentors and subject matter experts.
- Managing room and resource requirements with the college, supporting learners through group sessions and 1 to 1 engagement.
- Completing essential administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating presentations, and maintaining programme documentation.
- The Training Support Coordinator will also report on programme progress, highlight risks, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high delivery standards.
Strong communication skills, excellent organisation, effective teamwork, and proficiency across Microsoft 365 are essential for success in this role.
