SERVICE REQUIREMENT
Provides requirements management for the development and maintenance of operational field force supply chain
Ensures that the process is effectively monitored by using activity logging and traceability between requirements development and testing to verify and validate that the supply chains operational delivery plan and security capabilities satisfy end-user requirements.
Coordinates requirements review and approval by the client before inclusion in any building/development/deployment activities. Working closely with Stakeholders, survey operations subject matter experts and business analysists at all levels to elicit, analyse, document, communicate, and validate the operational delivery of survey field force management and transfer process requirements and to confirm resources are available and working effectively.
You will have the skills to Identify and turn partial requirements into full contractual requirements and be able to challenge colleagues to ensure these are achievable. Be able to grip something firmly the task own it and follow through to deliver the full requirements. Can take non-formal requirement information from various sources and turn them into a complete service specification. Identify critical elements of the service and guide the business in developing the required service levels and key performance indicators, and “Translate” the business’ need into contractable requirements, being comfortable discussing in both commercial, legal and laymans’ terms.
Supports the development of requirements documentation and provides input to the planning document. Leads efforts to develop and incrementally refine requirements through an iterative process of identifying needs; defining acceptance criteria; and prioritising, developing, and reviewing the results of these actions. Performs Configuration Management of requirements baseline and ensures traceability. Working with commercial colleagues and Subject matter experts to ensure that supplier contracts clearly articulated the exportation of service.
TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years' experience of requirements management/analyst
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Field force operational management industry as a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Requirements Manager, or related position.
Demonstrated experience working with technical and non-technical Stakeholders.
