Contract Length: 6 months
Location: WFH

Pay Rate to Candidate: up to £350 per day Umbrella
Delivery
Support planning activity and work with the team to support delivery of the business case benefits and outcomes. Support capability building and the use of best practice in planning and reporting. Provide expert advice for team members and project community.
Project Planning
Challenge and test project assumptions to ensure that plans are realistic and achievable. Support the SEO project manager to identify options to optimise delivery .
Communication and Reporting
Support the communication and reporting progress of the SC&L team to key internal and external stakeholders to professional quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
Ensure that stakeholder responsibilities and needs are understood and addressed in reporting arrangements. Effective relationship management and ability to influence at all levels, as appropriate.
Project Performance and Controls
Monitor and analyse information, reporting progress, slippage, inter and intra dependencies and highlight areas of risk and opportunity.
A key responsibility of the role is to take the lead in working with, and communicating and reporting progress of SC&L activities tokey internal and external stakeholders, particularly the Devolved Administrations. This will require an eye for detail, drive and determination to get the best possible information out of the programme team, collated and presented to professional quality standards.

Supporting head of Quality and Compliance
Achieving Quality Accreditations for the supply chain
Need to have a strong focus on auditing, quality, standard, compliance, getting accreditations from a health safety and quality background
Medical devices knowledge is desirable but not essential
Supply chain planning experience is desirable but not essential
Good candidates for this role are likely to be in Quality Manager roles elsewhere. Candidate who are Heatlh & Safety managers specifically in the context of medical & warehousing operations may also be of interest if they have that accreditations experience the HM is seeking.
