Desirable: CIPS or IACCM qualifications
Experience of running a procurement project
Experience Required
Contract management, preferably in complex services requirements
Supplier relationship management, evidencing creation and delivery of value within contract life
Analysis and manipulation of large data sets to validate performance and spend
Experience of implementing or refining payment mechanism processes and checks
Key tasks and deliverables
Interim role will be to provide contract management ownership for Lot 2 of the MoJ's Language Services contracts. This will involve supplier management, implementing robust payment mechanism procedures, verifying supplier performance and subsequent service credit payments, management of invoicing across the Authority and the associated agencies that this contract supports. Lead for commercial performance board. The role will support the wider category objectives of developing market intelligence, establishing and progressing value for money initiatives and collaboration with the business to better understand requirements.
