- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Head of HR Operations and Payroll to join on a 3 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Leeds/London.
Job Summary:
- You will be responsible for delivering key employee activities for example onboarding, offboarding, payroll assurance/ compliance.
- You will also be responsible for seeking opportunities to improve processes and make our services more efficient.
- You will be responsible for key change projects designed to transform the way we delivery key HR services across the department and government, supporting strategic ambitions.
- You will work within a collaborative team of leaders in the HR function.
