- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Senior Handover Coordinator to join them on a 6-24 month contract. This position will be hybrid, London.
Job Summary:
- Qualified or working towards CIPS professional standard or equivalent.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of current domestic and EU legislative requirements and proven experience in applying these to day today procurement activities and documentation.
- Experience in managing end to end procurements, particularly in relation to construction or systems.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing and agreeing contract terms and conditions and commercial schedules.
- Substantial proven experience in a procurement function involved in high risk, high value, complex works, services and supplies covering a range of commodities and stakeholders.
- Experience using the New Engineering Contract (NEC) suite.
- Experience in commercial negotiations.
