Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM) responsible for Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Support Solution development and deliverables for procurement projects.
Developing and providing ILS and Support Solutions to underpin project acquisition and reduce through life costs; to recognised British or International standards and requirements, including engaging with Supportability Assurance Teams, whilst managing the timely delivery of ILS and support package elements, for the appropriate phase of the Project Life Cycle, including but not limited to:
Preparing project ILS Strategy, Plans and Statement of Work.
Using ILS techniques/processes to influence designs.
Chair or attend ILS progress meetings.
Identifying Support Solution drivers, assisting Project Managers with developing and reporting on the Support Solution.
Developing project Availability, Reliability and Maintainability (AR&M) requirements.
Developing project Equipment Maintenance Policies.
Assisting with project Human Factors Integration (HFI) requirements.
Developing project Training requirements.
Developing project Spares Ranging and Scaling requirements.
Developing project Supply Support solutions, including Codification, Packaging, Labelling, Initial Provisioning and further spares support.
Developing project Technical Information requirements, including Technical Data Packs and Technical Publications.
Planning and delivery of new contracts for the Fluid Power and Control Group, to comprise
• Generation and maintenance of project plans
• Negotiation of Acquisition and Commercial strategies
• Preparation and progression of Business Cases and Investment Appraisals
• Preparation of Statements of Support Requirement including coordination of Inventory Annexes
• Generation and collation of technical assessment criteria for PQQ and Tender evaluation and coordination of the associated assessment activities.

Experience of:
• Scheduling
• Familiarity with Public Purchasing processes
• Familiarity with small BC/IA processes
• Support requirement capture and definition
• PQQ/Tender evaluation.
