- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Portfolio Surveyor to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Birmingham/Manchester.
Job Summary:
- To provide a professional property service in the commercial estate management of a franchised stations and light maintenance depots portfolio.
- To professionally manage internal and external customer and other stakeholder relationships for complex contractual, statutory and regulatory issues affecting the franchised estate and light maintenance depots and act as the first point of contact on Property matters relating to the franchised estate and light maintenance depots for all customers and stakeholders.
- Managing maintenance dept portfolio.
- Landlord & tenant (dealing with lease and letting conditions).
- MRICS qualification- essential.
- Rail – ideal but not essential.
- Will include land valuations.
- Understanding of how the rail works - ideal.
