Our government department client is looking for a Specialist Advisor - High Performance Leadership to join them on a 9 month contract. This position will be hybrid, London.
Job Summary:
- The Client is seeking the provision of a series of team development sessions, specialist advice and executive coaching to enable its Senior Leadership Team to continue their journey to becoming a high performing team.
- Building and coaching high performing teams at executive level.
- HR and change management practices.
- Leading transformational change.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other advisors and key stakeholders.
- Experience across public sector organisations.
