- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Area Property Operations Manager to join them on an 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Bristol.
Job Summary:
The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:
- Day to day management of the mobilisation and demobilisation project.
- Ensures mobilisation and demobilisation project delivers to quality, time within agreed tolerances.
- Prepare appropriate mobilisation and demobilisation project documentations and reports.
- Monitor and control mobilisation/demobilisation project in order to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to mechanisms that identify, measure and report risks and mitigation.
- Ensure that progress is appropriately reported, controlled and maintained.
- Responsibility for contribution/delivery of change control and any configuration management.
- Act as a point of contact and source of information for stakeholders.
- Report to the Senior Mobilisation Manager any connected matters, including risks/issues/performance concerns.

- Contract & Supplier Management.
- Full UK Driving License.
