- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Senior Supplier Operations Specialist to join them on an 18 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Reading.
Job Summary:
Top 3 essential requirements:
- Supply chain management and processes.
- Stakeholder management.
- Experience of using SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
Essential:
- Supply chain management.
- Supply chain processes.
- Stakeholder management.
- Communications.
- Attention to detail/organised.
- Experience where completing tasks, then awaiting a response before next task can be completed is the norm. Would not suit a person used to fully completing job list each day.
- Flexible, resilient, and adaptable.
Desirable:
- Experience of using JAGGAER/Ariba/CEMAR systems is highly desirable.
- Oracle.
- Nuclear/defence background/knowledge.
