The Department for Transport (DfT) has selected Malikshaw to join its newly awarded STARTwo Framework for Lot 3 as an Agency Grade Supplier.

Malikshaw joins only 5 other organisations to provide a range of specialist Recruitment Services to the DfT across its Rail and other transport activities nationwide.

Typical requirements that the STARTwo Framework will generate for Malikshaw include but are not limited to:

  • Specialist recruitment planning
  • Development of specialist recruitment campaigns and strategies
  • Sourcing interim personnel
  • Sourcing high calibre panel and review team resources

The Agreement is for 4 years with Malikshaw being selected because of our proven ability to provide most, if not all resources that could successfully meet any or all of the DfTs recruitment service requirements.

Marta Ortigas commented "it is a major honour for Malikshaw to be selected by the DfT to join the STARTwo framework. We are delighted that all the effort we have put into working successfully with the DfT these past 5 years has been recognised and we look forward to establishing ourselves as a truly supportive and engaging partner as STARTwo evolves".
