- ● Experience delivering GOV.UK services, ideally services that have been working towards or which have passed Government Digital Service “Live” service assessment
● Experience of working in the field of education
● Experience within multiple organisations, ideally both private and public sector, and teams at varying levels of operational maturity or varying methods of agile delivery
● Experience using tools such as Realtimeboard, Trello, Gmail/Google Docs/Drive
The service provider for Delivery Management must have specific knowledge and skills, including:
● Expertise in carrying out agile delivery management or ScrumMaster role in line with the best practices recommended by the UK Government Digital Services / GOV.UK Service Manual
● Have experience of working in multidisciplinary agile delivery team and user-centred design, and will be able to discuss and describe technology in a way that’s easy for others to understand
● Experienced enough to coach, mentor and upskill people in agile techniques and roles, in order to build capability of members of the team who are relatively new to agile
● Experience of working on one or more digital services of comparable size and complexity to Teaching Vacancies in terms of agile delivery management or ScrumMaster requirements and helping the team to deliver outcomes that balance business and user need
● Strong people and communication skills for nurturing good relationships within the Product Team and wider service team (which includes TVS Policy, Communications & Engagement, and User Support and delivery managers in connected teams) And the ability in managing multiple stakeholders and building consensus.
