Role: Senior Operational Analyst
Contract Length: 520 working days
Location: Fareham
IR35: IN SCOPE
Pay Rate to Candidate: £446.28
Security Clearance: SC

Minimum Requirement:
We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record in the delivery of operational analysis / research and who can bring a mix of skills, including a combination of;
• Demonstrable knowledge of both qualitative (e.g. problem-structuring methods, facilitation, cognitive mapping) and Quantitative (e.g. discrete event simulation, systems dynamics) Operational Analysis (OA) and scientific analysis techniques, and their use in solving problems.
• An ability to convey complex issues in a clear and concise way, including relevant caveats, both verbally and in written form clearly and to a high standard to Senior stakeholders.
• Experience of delivering analysis and experimentation supporting concepts and their development.
• Communicating with, and influencing, senior military customers and stakeholders.
Desirable
• Knowledge of military C4I systems, their architectures and usage within military contexts.
• Knowledge of reliability, assurance and resilience for Communications related systems.
• Familiar with MoD Procurement in particular Requirement and life cycles.
Description:
The CTW will undertake the role of Work Package Lead for a variety of Operational Analysis projects. They will work directly with Customers, Stakeholders and SMEs, Facilitate workshops and Military Judgement panels. In addition the CTW will be expected to support the development and understanding of Junior Analysts within the team through tasking, mentoring and coaching. Experience of working directly with customers, leading small teams to deliver work and undertaking Qualitative operational analysis is essential.
