- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a HR Policy & Digitalisation Lead to join them on a 3 month contract. This position will be hybrid, London.
Job Summary:
- Review and make recommendations for projects, policies and toolkits where possible looking to harmonise and reduce the number of people policies.
- Ensure we have a clear set of policies that meet compliance and legislative requirements.
- Make recommendations to streamline our toolkits and guidance documents to make them easier to access and use Review all people documents on the intranet,, providing clear recommendations of how to automate.
- Create a strategy that moves policies and guidance onto a chatbot to drive ease for managers and employees.
- Manage the process of testing and ensuring any use of new technology works and will meet customer needs.
- Manage the project including interfacing with relevant stakeholders such as IT, Risk, Internal Communications, People team and directorates to inform them of changes.
- Work with the Learning and Development team to build a training package to build line manager competence and capability.
- Responsible for the end-to-end project including the review of policies and toolkits, automation onto a suitable platform and training to drive improved accountability for managers.
- Review of all People policies, guidance and toolkits and where required ensuringthey are updated to meet legislative requirements.
- Ensure policies and toolkits are aligned to each other.
