Change analysis support to MODNET adoption and exploitation through the development of new Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016 Ways of Working tailored to specific MoD use case scenarios. Assist in the management and delivery of business change elements of the MODNET SECRET and Overseas. Relationship management and liaison with key stakeholders– including Customer Services, Corporate Comms and JPO comms. Liaison with third party suppliers providing support to the development, implementation and exploitation of MODNET, including but
not limited to Microsoft, DXC, Atos and Futjitsu Services Ltd. Maintain configuration control and update MODNET Knowledge base artefacts in all domains (Official, Red and Overseas, Quick Reference Guides, Fact Sheets, Videos, User Experience Journeys, Webinars, briefing packs and training material required to support user adoption and exploitation of MODNET are promulgated through the MODNET Learning Hub and Comms Portal. Assist with the handover of knowledge base maintenance to BAU. Monitor user experience, of MODNET and, the MODNET Virtual Agent in the secret domain. Implement methods to maximise adoption rates of new WoW. Deliverables. Transfer key skills and knowledge as appropriate. Knowledge artefacts to describe Microsoft Office 2016 WoW,
tailored to MoD Use Case scenarios, in accordance with the BCBM ODNET Informed stakeholder community with the ability and desire to support the adoption of MODNET Red and Overseas and showcase best practice WoW. Business change relationships across third party suppliers are successfully managed resulting in consistent and complementary business change activities. Reference material supporting MODNET best practice WoW adoption is available, current and coherent. MODNET Knowledge base updated. User Office 2016 WoW adoption and exploitation rates maximised. In-house change communication capabilities are built. Crown Servants are equipped to support future similar activities in-house. Ability to showcase O365 for Overseas and UK based tools and capabilities.
Expert working knowledge/Adoption and Exploitation knowledge of O365 and Office 2016.
Experience of working in the MOD is highly desirable.
Business Change experience is essential.
