• Location: Southern House, Croydon
• Travel: Travel required between Croydon and London, occasional other UK travel
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Security Clearance Level Required: SC - Security Check
Additional qualifications required for this role
1.CIPD level 5 qualification with a recruitment bias or previous experience of working within a recruitment analysis role
2. Resourcing forecasting
3.Labour market analysis – ongoing during/after campaigns so that we iterate attraction and selection methodologies
4.Experience of resource management within a complex matrix organisation
5.Experience of creating resourcing plans, driven by demand and supply
6.Experience of working to a project management methodology

Development of targeted outreach and attraction plan (working with BF team to deliver the events on the ground; and with Capita / others to run advertising via social media etc)
