The Client:

 

A government department client is looking for a  Business Trainer to join them on a 12 month contract. This position will be in  London/ Hybrid.

Job Summary:

 

Role Requirements:



  • Working knowledge of M365 software applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication.

  • Self-driven, motivated, organised and able to deliver against pre-agreed timelines.

  • Oversee interdependencies and escalating/setting expectations if there is a risk to delivery.

  • Able to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.

  • Relevant experience supporting a business area or supporting a project.

  • Familiar with a Learning Management System or One Bank Service.



Essential Criteria:



  • Previous Training and Support experience.

  • Established experience in using and training on M365, specifically strong Sharepoint training experience.

  • Organised, self-driven and motivated.

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication.

  • Strong administration skills.

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.



An active SC clearance is required for this role. At a minimum, candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance. Due to the short-term nature of the contract and the urgency of the requirement, the client may prioritise applicants who already hold active SC clearance and meet all essential criteria.
