- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Benefits Manager to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be based in Bristol (preferred) or London/ Hybrid.
Job Summary:
Essential:
- Extensive Benefits Management experience (3-5 years), ideally working for a large organisation, one which has undergone transformation.
- Benefits mapping.
- Strong communication and influencing skills; good/strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem solving across organisational boundaries, using sound judgement and interpretive skills.
- Defence background.
- Public Sector background ideally.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a Portfolio or Programme Management Office.
Required Qualifications:
- APMG Benefits Management Practitioner or similar.
An active SC clearance is required for this role. At a minimum, candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance. Due to the short-term nature of the contract and the urgency of the requirement, the client may prioritise applicants who already hold active SC learance and meet all essential criteria.
