- Facilitate discussion to identify role specific, high impact use cases for Co-Pilot but also enables the teams to develop further use cases going forward.
- Capture workshop outputs clearly and develop action plans each team can own and progress.
Build a Methodology for Ongoing Use Case Development
- Create a repeatable, adaptable framework that enables teams to continually identify new Co-Pilot use cases as their work evolves.
- Embed thinking that keeps Co-Pilot front-of-mind as teams look for ways to work smarter.
Identify Barriers to Adoption and Support Mitigation Planning
- Assess risks, blockers, behaviour patterns, and capability gaps across teams.
- Work with the Co-Pilot project team to capture, prioritise, and mitigate these barriers.
- Recommend interventions that support sustainable adoption.
Support Development of a Forward Strategy for Co-Pilot Improvement
- Work with the Head of KIM and Head of Business Architecture to shape a Corporate Group wide continual improvement strategy for Co-Pilot adoption.
- Provide insights, themes, and good practice examples from workshops.
Capture and Prioritise General NAO Wide Use Cases
- Distil and prioritise cross cutting use cases that are not service line specific.
- Ensure the project maintains a strong bank of foundational use cases for all NAO users, improving baseline confidence and efficiency.
Develop a Corporate Prompt Library
- Collaborate with KIM and the project team to create a simple, accessible, high quality prompt library.
- Include both general (NAO wide) and Corporate specific prompts.
- Ensure prompts reflect best practice for Co-Pilot prompt engineering.

- Strong change management experience.
- Strong facilitation and workshop design experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse corporate teams.
