- The Client:
A Casework Team Lead client is looking for a Casework Team Leader to join them on an 8 month contract. This position will be based in London/ Hybrid.
Job Summary:
Top 3 essential evaluation criteria
- Strong Evidence based decision making in a high paced operational delivery environment.
- Experience/Knowledge of Government policy.
- Task Manager experience and coaching/mentoring people.
Essential:
- Active SC Clearance (no restrictions) and a Sole UK National.
- Dual Nationals cannot view UK Eyes only Secret documents which are part of the workload.
- Experience of working for Government or working closely with Government in high pace operational delivery environment.
- Experience of leading/mentoring a team with focus on welfare and well being.
- Although this role will have no line management responsibilities.
- Experience of being confident and credible collaborator with stakeholders and other partners to support and drive forward departmental priorities.
- Experience of using government policy to make sound decisions to support delivery of departmental objectives.
- Evidence of rules-based casework and Operational Delivery.
- Experience of working in a policy-led environment.
- MS 365 competent.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
There are no line manager accountabilities/responsibilities involved in this role.
An active SC clearance is required for this role. At a minimum, candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance. Due to the short-term nature of the contract and the urgency of the requirement, the client may prioritise applicants who already hold active SC clearance and meet all essential criteria.
