A government client is looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be based in  London or Manchester/ Hybrid.

Job Summary:

- Stakeholder Management / engagement skills with strong communication skills.
Essential:
- SC Clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality service to customers, and a focus on continuous improvement with an appetite to work with others to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships and influence decision making.
- Able to see the bigger picture and think strategically to feed into wider resourcing plans.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from existing data sources to enable new analysis, and experience in using this to inform evidence-based decision making.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role.
- Awareness of Civil Service recruitment principles.
- Experience advertising roles.
- Ability to analyse data and create market intel.
Desirable:
- Oleo system experience.
- Civil service jobs experience.
- Can use data.
- MS Office knowledge would be great but not essential.
- Public sector experience would be helpful.
An active SC clearance is required for this role. At a minimum, candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance. Due to the short-term nature of the contract and the urgency of the requirement, the client may prioritise applicants who already hold active SC clearance and meet all essential criteria.
