Contract Length: 5 months
Location: YORK OR LEEDS – MUST BE WITHIN 90 MINS OF EITHER LOCATION (Can WFH but still local)
IR35: in scope
Pay Rate to Candidate: £425 umbrella

Minimum Requirement:
The candidate must have a specialist understanding of Enterprise Risk, Governance and Assurance methodologies and techniques. Governance, Enterprise Risk and Assurance
Network Rail is in the process of rolling out a programme to support Governance, Risk and Assurance under the ‘GRAI’ banner and candidates should have specialist expertise, with the required capability and capacity, to support this process for the routes within the Eastern region This expertise and experience is required to assist in improving our understanding of the enterprise level risk, then develop a framework for assurance and governance model aligned to these risks. In order to cater for this requirement, the candidate must have a specialist understanding of Enterprise Risk, Governance and Assurance methodologies and techniques.
The activities will include the management of existing defined process and governance models within Network Rail, and development of localised models and process. The candidate will also need strong interpersonal skills to manage internal relationships between the route and central and regional Network Rail risk and governance teams and also be capable of challenging at all levels within the organisation.
