- The Client:
A government client is looking for an Area Property Operations Manager to join them on a 3 month contract. This position will be based in Warrington.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the management of facility, including security, maintenance, and other services.
- Ensuring that the needs of the organisation, employees, and/or visitors are met.
- Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, programme and quality, identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.
- Managing the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
- Will require enhanced level vetting arranged by HMPPS.
